I have had the pleasure of being part of the NV experience for 14 years. From the first appointment phone call those years ago to a cherry voice at the other end this positive vibe has been the norm at every appointment. Nicky has kept my hairstyle modern and easy to maintain. I have walked out of the salon with head high, shoulders back - feeling great. So many people have commented over these years on how great my hair is. Makes you feel good.

Lovely experience: I am disabled and can't get soap out of my long hair. My regular hairdresser is away on holiday. I phoned quite late and they agreed to see me at my choice of time. TERRIFIC wash, smelled lovely, good scalp massage, just splendid! And they dried it as well - more than I had asked for or expected. Yes, I have found my replacement when my regular hairdresser retires (which may be soon)! Yay!
